I got to feeling icky today. I have been eating better but I don't know I might be eating to much fruit. For breakfast I had apple cinnamon oatmeal and a strawberry yogurt with water. Than at lunch I had a Dr. Pepper to drink with salad and Ravioli. Another Dr. Pepper and Red grapes, strawberries and a Banana. Then another Dr. Pepper.
I felt like lighthead and just funny. Other than that my day was okay.
